Integrations that keep your systems in agreement.

Your CRM, payment processor, online store, accounting and ERP each hold part of the truth. We connect them through their APIs so data moves on its own, every run is logged, and someone hears about it when something fails.

Signs you need one

  • Someone retypes data from one system into another every day or week.
  • Two systems disagree about the same customer, order or invoice, and nobody is sure which is right.
  • A spreadsheet is the glue between tools, and only one person knows how it works.
  • An existing integration fails quietly, and you find out from a customer.
  • A partner wants an API and you don't have one they can use.

What we build

Two-way syncs

Customers, orders, products and invoices kept consistent between systems, with clear rules for which system wins when they disagree.

Webhooks and event handlers

Act on a sale, signup or status change the moment it happens, instead of waiting for a nightly export.

Scheduled imports and exports

Jobs that pull, clean and push data on a schedule, for systems that only speak in files or batch APIs.

Payments and subscriptions

Checkout, subscriptions and the webhooks behind them. For our own product, Gritfolio, we built subscription billing across Stripe and Apple in-app purchases, kept in sync with the app's own records.

Your own API

A documented API on top of your system, so partners, a mobile app or future developers can build on it safely.

AI steps inside an integration

Reading documents, classifying messages or drafting replies as one step in a pipeline, with a person approving where it matters. More on AI automation.

Built to run unattended

An integration is only useful if you can stop thinking about it. These are standard on everything we build.

  • Safe retries. Temporary failures are retried without creating duplicates.
  • A log of every run. What moved, what changed and what was skipped, and why.
  • Alerts on failure. The right person hears about a problem the same day.
  • Credentials kept out of code. Keys live in your accounts' secret storage, and you can rotate them.
  • Written documentation. How it works, where it runs and how to change it.

How an integration project runs

  1. Map the data

Which system owns which field, what triggers a sync, and what should happen when records conflict.

  2. Check the APIs

We test each API's limits and quirks before quoting, so the estimate holds.

  3. Build and test on copies

We run it against sandbox or copied data and compare the results with you.

  4. Go live and watch

We switch it on, watch the first runs closely and hand over the documentation.

Where we've done this

Gritfolio, our own platform, connects a mobile app, an API, a PostgreSQL database and two billing systems, Stripe and Apple in-app purchases, that all have to agree on what a customer has paid for.

DailyPrimeStore, our own deals business, moves each deal from research through price checks to the website, social platforms and a weekly email without anyone copying it by hand. Read the case study.

Integration questions

How much does an API integration cost?
It depends on how many systems are involved and how clean their APIs are. We bill $100 to $125 per hour, and once we have looked at the APIs we can usually quote a fixed price for a defined integration.
What if one of our systems has no API?
Many older systems can still export and import files, send email, or expose a database we can read safely. We will tell you which option is reliable enough to run unattended before we build anything.
What happens when a vendor changes their API?
Our integrations log every run and alert on failures, so a breaking change shows up as an alert rather than missing data weeks later. Fixes are billed at our normal rate, or covered by a monthly support block if you have one.
Who owns and maintains the integration?
You own the code and the accounts it runs in. We document how it works so your team, or us, can maintain it.
